The Doctor and his staff have been working with computers since the Apple II days (around 1985).

Throughout the '80s most waking moments were spent playing around with the Apple IIe or TI-99/4A's, constantly looking for ways to learn more.

During the late '80s to early '90s, the Doctor (and his staff) begin to work with IBM-compatible PCs using MS-DOS and later Windows. The Doctor and his staff have built and sold hundreds of 80286, 80386, 80486 and Pentium computers systems (aka 'clones'), honing their craft for troubleshooting and learning valuable experience along the way.

With the public growth of the Internet in the mid-90s, the Doctor and his staff begin working for Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and later for other dot-com companies. With more than 16 years of building, repairing and supporting PCs for corporate America, the Doctor has assembled a medical bag of tricks that can resolve almost any problem. He and his staff specialize in resolving things others deem irreparable.

With any good venture a strong supporting cast is necessary. The Doctor has also sought out the best and brightest interns and associates to join the team.

Over the years, the Doctor and staff have been intimately involved in computers and computer repair in every aspect and have truly become experts in the field and they stand by ready to assist you.


Why we are here

The serious threats to computer users today are computer viruses, trojans, worms, spyware and adware. These often malicious pieces of software are usually installed unknowingly by the end user. They typically will impact your systems performance. If you are lucky, that is all that will occur. If you notice a lot of pop up ads while surfing the Internet or you have a system message telling you your system may be infected, there is a strong chance your system in infected with some type of rogue application.

The majority of the threats today go beyond just impacting system performance; some malicious spyware can steal your banking information, delete your personal files, email your personal files to others and a whole range of things that including allowing your computer to be a zombie waiting to be used to perform a Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attack.

The Doctor and staff can eradicate these threats and he and his team can also teach you how to be more aware of how you might have gotten infected and how you can avoid it in the future.
